Kanjana Hartshorne
Kanjana Hartshorne, LCSW, C-IAYT, CCFP, is a licensed psychotherapist, certified yoga therapist, Reiki Master, and clinical director of Healing Hearts Wellness, a holistic and somatic therapy group practice in Pennsylvania and Florida. She specializes in integrating evidence-based psychotherapy (IFS, EMDR, Yoga Therapy, CBT, ACT) with holistic healing practices such as reiki, therapeutic writing, forest bathing, expressive arts, and personalized rituals to support whole-person mental health and body compassion.
Kanjana is the co-founder of the annual Body Compassion Project Retreat, a transformative weekend that helps participants develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with their bodies and themselves. Through accessible somatic practices, guided self-discovery, and creative, embodied rituals, she invites people of all body types and backgrounds to reconnect with their body, energy, mind, wisdom, and spirit.
In addition to retreats, Kanjana offers continuing education for therapists, teaches and researches yoga for mental health at Temple University, and has presented at PESI, the University of Pennsylvania, and numerous healthcare organizations, law firms, nonprofits, group practices, and corporate offices. Rooted in both clinical training and spiritual wisdom, she is passionate about making body-based healing practices accessible, practical, and deeply transformative.
