Nicole Montanarelli
Nicole Montanarelli (E-RYT 500, YACEP, IAYT, Rev) has been a practitioner of yoga for almost 30 years and teaching yoga for almost 20 years. She has been working as a yoga therapist for 4 years. Nicole is an ordained minister through the lineage of Melchizedek and creates ceremonies to honor unions, births, passings, and other moments throughout life. Nicole holds a BS in Natural Health and healing through Clayton College and utilizes natural healing education in her practices. She has owned and operated Life Thrive Yoga, a small-town studio in New Park, Pennsylvania, for the past 7 years.
Nicole loves offering practices that are inclusive to all and create a sense of community. Her studio has been a hub for creating friendships that last off the mat and offering a feeling of family to all who enter. She teaches multiple styles of yoga and movement classes and especially enjoys imbuing classes with lightness and humor while honoring the deep work done in practice.
Nicole studies myth, kabbalah, spiritual sciences, history, and culture to weave into her offerings. When she is not working you can find her at home with her husband, dog, cats, and chickens. She loves to cook, clean, garden on their homestead, exercise, hike, run, and go for walks. She loves reading and listening to audio books, is minorly obsessed with her dog, cats, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, and spending time with her incredibly fun family and friends.
