Pam Guido
Pam has been practicing since the mid-late 90’s. It didn’t take long for the practice to take root in her life and in 2000 she began her first certification program in the Kripalu tradition. Through a series of inspirational teachers like Cara Bradley, she went on to study with Baron Baptiste and Ana Forrest where she completed additional certification programs. In 2004 she met her first Anusara teacher, Todd Norian. Inspired by the philosophy and detailed attention to the physical practice, she returned home to seek out a local teacher which led her to Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny. Grateful for the years of their guidance and expertise Pam completed her 500 hours in the Anusara tradition. Pam continues her studies with a handful of esteemed teachers who inspire her practice and guide her into deeper inquiry. She studies with Michelle Synnestvedt, Noah Maze, Christina Sell, Dr. Paula Gelbart, Douglas Brooks, and Christopher Wallis among others.
Pam skillfully weaves together an alignment-based flow practice with the timeless teachings of yoga. She seeks to expand one’s awareness to uncover how the philosophy informs the practice and how the practice inspires and shapes the way we see ourselves and world around us. “The practice is an invitation to step into the dance of life. It is an inquiry into the nature of our existence and an opportunity to clarify our vision to live in alignment with what matters most to us.” Coaching and guiding you along the way, Pam will encourage, challenge, and support you to explore the boundary between what IS and what is possible!
