Renée Scherer
Renée is a 500-hour ERYT with a background in Pilates and martial arts. Her teaching style is simple, fun, and creative, with an emphasis on intentional body cues, self-acceptance, and personal power.
Renée’s aim is to hold a judgment-free space for students, allowing them to explore yoga with a sense of possibility while encouraging them to celebrate all aspects of the practice: mind, body, and spirit. Her classes are dynamic and fun with an emphasis on challenging sequences with energetic, upbeat music.
