The Yoga Teachers Association of the Hudson Valley (YTA) is dedicated to deepening and improving the quality of yoga teaching in New York’s Hudson Valley. It is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization founded in 1979 by a small group of pioneering yoga teachers who saw the need for affordable continuing education. To that end, YTA offers monthly workshops led by nationally recognized yoga teachers as well as highly accomplished local area instructors.
