Our Events Logistics team can make planning your next event, retreat, or workshop hassle-free and will be supporting you every step of the way to make it easy to host a successful event. Our support starts long before your event takes place with step by step planning based on our expertise in putting on great events. Our attention to detail will set you up for success and will continue after the event to ensure complete satisfaction.
Pre-Event Support: Our consultation starts with the first phone call to help you design the best retreat or event for your needs. We have options to:
- Reduce administration and overhead by collecting payments and reservations for you through our website.
- Have the books you choose available in our bookstore to support your event.
- Supply a free marketing plan and event template to teach you the best ways to promote your event or retreat.
Post-Event Support: After your retreat we will review how everything went with you and your team and share any reviews we receive from guest surveys.
Event Support: During your event our Logistics team will:
- Set-up your event space each day/session to best support your program.
- Provide add-on sessions for a nominal fee to help make your event unique or to give you time in your schedule to take a back seat to teaching.
- Provide a schedule of your event and Retreat Center activities so your students can enjoy our on-site daily yoga class and take advantage of our beautiful campus and amenities to relax and unwind.
