The focus of this livestream is to help you enhance your understanding of a living shrine, your relationship with it, and your relationship with the divinities who fill the space all around Sri. This will also help you prepare the container of your body and mind to bask in this vortex of shaktis and fill your vessel with the loving, nurturing, and guiding grace of the Divine Mother, Sri. You will have the opportunity to submit questions and clarify steps for your sadhana after the livestream.

Spiritual head of the Himalayan Institute, Pandit Tigunait is the successor of Swami Rama of the Himalayas. Lecturing and teaching worldwide for more than a quarter of a century, he is the author of 15 books, including his recently released The Practice of the Yoga Sutra, and his autobiography Touched by Fire: The Ongoing Journey of a Spiritual Seeker.
