Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga (defined from IAYT).

During a session of yoga therapy, a yoga therapist listens to your history, assesses your current physical and mental capacity and needs, and then creates a personalized therapeutic program adapted to your unique concerns.

As a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, David brings his passion for cognitive science into the realm of integrative wellness, sharing the tools and techniques to bring about mental and emotional resilience.
