There is great wisdom and power in doing asana practice. Each time we practice we have the opportunity to rediscover the many mysteries and secrets of not only being embodied, but how this body is an expression of something deeper, refined, sacred. This presentation will use the Yoga Sutras as a foundation for the exploration of asana and its ability to bring stability, comfort, effortlessness, and stillness in the body which then can support a mind free of disturbances. We will conclude with a short practice.
