Mandala Yoga and Ayurveda Center, which includes the Mandala Yoga Center and the Mandala Ayurveda & Healing Arts (MAHA), is located in Amagansett, NY. The Yoga Center is located in Amagansett Square, at 156 Main Street, and MAHA is located at 249 Main Street, on the north side of Montauk Highway, just past Amagansett Library, towards the back.
The Yoga Center was founded in 2000 by Jolie Parcher, who is the caring director and a teacher. Since its inception, thousands have passed through the doors of Mandala, and many have become familiar faces. When you walk into Mandala, you can feel the relaxed, non-judgmental sentiment all around you. If it's your first time walking through our doors, or if you've come to call the studio a second home, you will feel the loving vibe that has been created by all of our wonderful students and teachers.
The combination of Mandala and MAHA offers authentic opportunities for learning how to better participate in your healing and thriving. Following the tradition of classic yoga, which we aim to practice ourselves, we guide people to take yoga off the mat and into daily life—to learn practices and ways of being that make us more present to being our fullest selves, so we can benefit ourselves, our families, and maybe even the whole world.
This is a place of respect, where you are free to grow and learn without being too hard on yourself. At the same time, through both beginner and advanced classes, you will find yourself challenged. You will find more faith in your own abilities, as the loving teachers have faith in you. Your self-confidence and self -awareness will increase. Whether you are just starting out in the world of yoga or if you have studied with masters, there is a class that will fit your comfort level at Mandala. So come step into the sky-blue studio and feel the ocean breezes as you practice and open your heart....Namaste.
