Class Descriptions

All Levels: Provides a balanced practice that typically includes asana, breath training, systematic relaxation, and seated meditation. Appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners.

Chair Yoga: This class uses chairs for support during movement. Appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners and those with limited mobility.

Gentle Yoga: A slower paced class designed to gently move and stretch the body while increasing overall awareness. Appropriate for all levels of practitioner, including beginners.

Restorative: Includes some active movements and stretching, followed by traditional restorative postures practiced on the floor with props for support. Appropriate for all levels of experience, including beginners.

Stretch, Relax, Meditate: A gentle class designed to release tension and increase awareness in order to prepare for the more subtle practices of yoga. Includes systematic relaxation and guided meditation. Appropriate for all levels of practitioner, including beginners.

Guided Rest: Includes gentle and accessible movement designed to increase overall comfort, and more time to experience breathing and relaxation practices for deep rest and rejuvenation.
