Manual Therapy (Ask for Nema)
Manual therapy differs from massage in that it does not use oil; rather, it is gentle stimulation of the fascia which improves communication among the tissues, stimulating the body’s own healing power. Nema may use one or more of the following therapies based on your needs, or you can choose a modality you would like to try. Limited availability.
