The classes were expertly organized to have a flow to the sacred teachings. The delivery of instruction from the senior faculty was outstanding, effective, one-of-a-kind, and memorable. This experience was life-changing! The opportunity to be immersed in this one-of-a-kind experience to learn from the sacred texts, teachings, practices, and practitioners has changed my life forever, on and off my mat.

I loved the space that Judy, Sandy, Ishan and Shiva held during their sessions. Even through a device I felt that I was in a classroom with them. Their confidence while speaking, teaching, and engaging the audience seemed effortless.
