90-Minute Yoga Practicums
Give yourself a break from teaching and choose from over 30 practicums to add to your retreat or workshop. All practicums will be lead by one of our premier Himalayan Institute Faculty. Example Practicum topics include: Introduction to Vishoka Meditation, Establishing a Pranayama Practice, and Ayurveda and Health Basics.

Chai Party
Himalayan Institute chai has become somewhat legendary amongst our guests, and for this reason, the Chai Party has become the most popular event add-on. Your Chai Party includes one gallon of chai and your choice of a dozen homemade cookies or a seasonal fruit bowl. Cookie choices include chocolate chip, peanut butter, chyawanprash, and wilderness.

Campfires
Campfires around campus are a great way to spend an evening, and enjoy the beauty of the night sky under the stars. Available for reservation in full hour increments, includes Himalayan Institute staff to care for the fire.

Adventure Programs
Adventure programs are brought to you in partnership with Northeast Wilderness Experience (NEWE). Choose from a variety of outdoor adventures in the neighboring area. Activities vary by season and are available year round. Examples of seasonal activities include:
Kayaking, biking, and guided nature hikes in the spring/fall and snowshoeing in the winter.

Other Activities
Two hour guided nature hike: You will explore one of our four groomed hiking trails—that can include the pond, a hike by a creek, through fields, an apple orchard or through the almost 400 acres of forest on our property.
Volunteer Projects: Volunteer projects may be available for your students to participate in and requires a discussion with our Volunteer Coordinator four weeks in advance.
