Gaby Borelli

Gaby is an experienced registered yoga teacher (ERYT) who specializes in slow flow and restorative yoga practices. Her classes are warm, empowering, and nourishing. Gaby threads breath-linked movement and body-heart-mind awareness to create a space where students can inquire and reveal their wisdom of the heart. Her style of teaching blends the qualities of effort and ease. The quality of effort is evoked through her guidance of alignment-focused cuing and ease is evoked through guided relaxation and meditations. She holds space in a way that is grounding and supportive and invites you to come onto your mat just as you are! You can expect her to share stories and insight from her direct experience as a student of yoga.

In addition to yoga, Gaby loves to create food and memories with people. She enjoys baking sweet treats and crafting herbal remedies in her kitchen. She loves spending time in nature with her dog, Tulsi. She considers Tulsi her greatest teacher who reminds her of the simple things to enjoy in life! Gaby also holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and works as a therapist with teens and adolescents.
