Heidi Sormaz, Ph.D, E-RYT 500, is the founder and owner of Fresh Yoga in New Haven, Connecticut. A Cognitive Psychologist and Forrest Yoga Guardian Teacher, Heidi's classes are unique combining her expertise in psychology, meditation, and yoga. Heidi currently teaches the Forrest Yoga 200-HR and Advanced Teacher Trainings, designed, and teaches the Fresh Yoga 200HR and 300HR Trainings, and travels nationally and internationally to present workshops and trainings. Heidi has taught at Kripalu and The Esalen Institute.
