Jennifer Green

Jennifer is an RYT 500, E-RYT 500, YACEP and was drawn to the practice of yoga as a way to take a breath from the busyness of daily life. What started as a physical practice on the mat blossomed over the years into a self transformation journey to include a focus on mindfulness, breath, and meditation. Jennifer leads a yearly 200 Hour Teacher Training Program at East Eagle Yoga. She is certified in Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUP) and completed Prenatal Training in 2018. She is a professor of yoga at Temple University, where she brings her love of yoga to college students of all ages.

The connection of mind, body, and spirit through yoga, energy healing, self care, and community building is a common theme in Jennifer’s practice and fuels her love of teaching yoga. She leads monthly Full Moon Circles at East Eagle Yoga to strengthen the female bond within the community and enjoys running Yoga/Self Care retreats in beautiful locations surrounded by nature.

Jennifer's passion is building a beautiful yoga community and making yoga accessible for all through asana practice, meditation, and breath work.

In a retreat with Jennifer, you will experience yoga as a way to unwind, restore, and rejuvenate the body and mind.
