Melissa Anselmi

Melissa is an RYT-500 who began her practice in the mid 90's. She went from thinking, "I can't touch my toes," to "I don't care...I love this," and has never looked back. Her physical and mental yoga journey helped her get through some very tough times, including cancer.

While Melissa is a full-time Speech Language Pathologist, she is passionate about teaching students just beginning their discovery of yoga and those who want to practice by truly connecting their mind and body with their breath.

Through asana (postures), pranayama (breath), and dhyana (meditation), Melissa will guide you to a deeper understanding of how all of these work together.
