Program CalendarRecharge your practice with Hatha and Restorative Yoga, guided meditation and breath work, and learn the benefits and techniques of systematic relaxation to reduce stress. The weekend will include additional activities, such as a chai tea party to welcome you, campfire under the stars, and a guided hike to celebrate Earth Day! This weekend is for YOU and about YOU so please feel free to spend YOUR time however you like.
