Immerse yourself in an exhilarating and transformative weekend away from the stresses of everyday life. Being in nature and connecting with other like-minded people offers an opportunity to let go of the to-do list, learn a new skill, and play. You don’t need to be a yoga expert or be experienced at paddleboarding to attend. There will be guidance on how to paddle and how to do yoga, and you will have a chance to have fun along the way.

Learn to Stand-Up-Paddleboard (SUP) for the first time or refine your skills on the water in a beautiful setting in the Poconos.

If you have a paddleboard and would like to bring it, that works. If you do not, no problem: paddleboards and paddles will be provided for you to use, along with a Personal Flotation Device!

The weekend will include:
  • 4 yoga classes on the water
  • 1 yoga class on land
  • Hikes on the gorgeous grounds of the Himalayan Institute
  • Ayurvedic, nourishing meals
  • Bonfire ceremony (weather dependent)
