Welcome to The Institute of Interdisciplinary Yoga Studies, a Yoga Alliance registered school (RYS) at all three levels (200, 300, and 500) offering a liberal arts curriculum since 2000. We believe that the process of becoming a teacher in the yogic sciences begins with a commitment to personal growth. Our objective in your life, if you choose to study with us, is to expand your capacity to be open, to reveal yourself to yourself. This means being totally committed to the truth, in speech and action, supporting a life of integrity. Our goal within all of our programs is to get to the truth with ourselves, and then, help our students get to their truth. In doing this, we can begin to create change and help our students create a balanced life.
