We live in complex times where rapid technological change, political and social unrest, financial pressures, and environmental concerns consume vital time and mental energy that we might wish to utilize for spiritual practice and work/life balance.

During this inspiring and informative weekend that includes both practice and discussion, join long-time Himalayan Institute Faculty member, Greg Capitolo, and enjoy sessions on yogic breathing, breath-aligned movement (asana practice), relaxation and meditation that provide you with strength and vitality to reawaken your dormant potential for optimal health and wellbeing. Sessions will also include discussions on key teachings from the Yoga Sutra and Bhagavad Gita to help us rediscover clarity of purpose, essential optimism and boundless confidence for our lives on and off the mat.

You will also experience the support of our community’s daily schedule with yoga classes, nourishing vegetarian meals, and group recitations in our Sri Vidya Shrine. Book ayurvedic treatments, massage or health consultations at our PureRejuv Wellness Center, hike in our beautiful forest, enjoy solitude, and relax in the company of our like-minded community.

Replenish your inspiration and vitality!
