“Your yoga and meditation workshop at Himalayan Institute was fun, easy, and relaxing; and at the same time full of valuable and essential information that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I don’t know how you do it!”

Linda
“I am astounded by the tremendously positive effects I have been receiving from this past weekend. I have been doing the breathing exercises at home and for the first time in many years, I am able to sleep the entire night without waking up. I have a sense of peacefulness and a distinct lack of anxiety that in the past lurked around every corner of my mind. I am feeling a profound ok-ness which is starting to feel like a new state of being.”
