With the support and guidance of an experienced personal trainer, you will have an opportunity to enjoy group fitness through circuit training, which is a workout geared at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. The workouts are tailored to accommodate all levels, whether you are new to strength training or are an experienced athlete.
Tema, your personal coach for the weekend, will also: lead the group on a hike through the beautiful Himalayan Institute trails; lead a group sunrise walk/run; offer a walking meditation under the moonlight; and bring the group together for a joyful campfire after the meditation .
