Because let’s be honest, who couldn’t use a break after the holidays?!

Each year, it seems no matter how hard we try, the holidays are a busy, chaotic time of year. They may be joyful or brutal – it doesn’t matter. It can be a lot for our nervous systems, often a time of “too much.”

This retreat weekend is designed to help you recoup after the busyness of the end of the year – catch up on sleep, stretch out, breathe fresh air, and eat healthy food.

Classes will be gentle in nature and appropriate for all skill levels, even beginners.
