Please join us for a weekend of self-care and turning inward. Throughout the retreat you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and explore the beautiful grounds of the Himalayan Institute. Thursday evening we will gather around a fire at the Sunset Pond to set our intentions for the weekend. On Friday you will be guided through the Vishoka meditation, followed by a tour of the Sri Vidya Shrine. In the evening you will learn about the labyrinth and how it can be used as a meditative tool for self-reflection and inner guidance.
Each day you will be guided through grounding asana, meditative practices, and engage in Ayurvedic self-care to help nourish and support your overall well-being physically, mentally, and emotionally. We will spend time exploring how to adjust our practice so it can best support us where we are at in our lives. We hope you will join us for this very special weekend!
