Participation in the Stage 2 Sadhana Immersion has firm prerequisites (more details below). Included in this program is the Secret of Tantra study track.

Sri Sukta Sadhana Immersion Stage 2

The Sri Sukta Sadhana Stage 2 is an advanced practice. The intensity and the power of the practice accelerates when we align it with the forces of time and place. In addition to the alignment of the celestial bodies on the day of the 26th of September, the practice coincides with Navaratri, an auspicious period tantrics have put aside for shakti sadhana for ages. Keeping the Sri Vidya Shrine at the epicenter, we take the practice to a totally different level. Put briefly, Sri Sukta Stage 2 is meant to create apurva, a new reality, a field of shakti strong enough to override unwanted and self-defeating dark forces trying to rule our inner and outer worlds. With these kinds of practices, we become a light to ourselves and a light to others.

  • To implement tapas, we’ll maintain an environment befitting the stature of this practice. Panditji will assess the unique needs of each of you and fine tune the practice accordingly.
  • The fully consecrated space of the Sri Vidya shrine and the vibrant space that pervades the entire campus will ensure that your course of Sri Vidya practice is nurtured by the principle of Ishvara pranidhana.
  • To comply with the principle of svadhyaya, this practice is accompanied by a special study track, Secret of Tantra: Tantric Masters & Tantric Shrines.
  • The practice will begin and conclude with special havan, led by Panditji.

Study Track | Secret of Tantra: Tantric Masters & Tantric Shrines

Transmission of spiritual power lies at the heart of tantric practice. In this context, transmission means movement of shakti from point A to point B — from a place of greater concentration to a lesser one, from a shrine to a pilgrim, from an adept to an aspirant, from a higher reality to the one with a diffused sense of reality. Tantric practices in their varying forms, flavors, and shades share one common goal—facilitating this spiritual transmission. Tantrics call this transmission shaktipata.

For ages, the concept of shaktipata has been shrouded in mystery. In this 8-part series, Panditji will elaborate the crucial role tantric masters, shrines, and scriptures play in receiving, retaining, absorbing, and finally, assimilating spiritual powers tantric/yogic practices could bestow upon us.

Session Topics:
  • Nexus of Shrines, Sages, and Scriptures
  • Magic and Mysticism Surrounding Shrines
  • Importance of Knowing the General and Unique Aspects of the Personality of a Shrine
  • Importance of Knowing the Presiding Divinity and Guardian Sage of a Shrine
  • The Difference Between a Dormant and Living Shrine
  • The Secret of Imbibing the Shakti of a Shrine
  • Sri Sukta and the Sri Vidya Shrine in the Larger Context of Tantra Sadhana
  • Discovering Our Inner Shrine and the Eternal Master
