Yin yoga has been steadily growing in popularity all over the world. Unlike restorative yoga, Yin’s approach is to exercise connective tissue and fascia by using compression and physical time. It’s about finding a balance between effort and ease, not only physically but also mentally.

The benefits of practicing Yin include activating the parasympathetic nervous system, gently working with joints, bones, and subtle body energy. Yin creates the space to dive deeper into physical, energetic, mental, and emotional awareness of the self.

Join Kate Kuss for a weekend where you’ll explore the art of teaching Yin. You’ll learn about the energies of Yin and Yang and find your own understanding of balance.
