Sojourn for a weekend of relaxing and exploring your yoga practice. The weekend consists of all-levels yoga classes, meditation, and group discussions. We will strengthen core muscles of the body and explore ways to align postures to create greater stability during your yoga practice. On Saturday night, enjoy a candlelight Yin yoga class to calm the mind and body. In addition to our classes and discussions as a group, you can explore the Himalayan Institute’s beautiful 400-acre campus, featuring four trails to hike, handcrafted chocolate and coffee at Moka, and the PureRejuv Wellness Center for services to revitalize your body.
