Sojourn for a weekend of relaxing and exploring your yoga practice with Liz from Sojourn Yoga. This weekend consists of five all-level yoga practices to create calm and stillness in your body and mind. Our practices will integrate movement and breath to cultivate stillness and Yin to relax and release tension in the body. In addition to our classes, we will explore Himalayan Institute’s beautiful campus through a guided nature hike. There will also be time to enjoy the additional offerings at HI or to simply relax and unwind supporting your weekend exploration and rejuvenation.

Retreat tuition is payable directly to Sojourn Yoga: Tuition cost is $125.

Room and board is payable directly to the Himalayan Institute. There are many accommodation options. Please reserve your room through the Institute as early as possible.
