Please join Ellen Mosko and Dina Crosta as they guide you through a weekend to reclaim your connection to focus, inner peace, and tranquility. Ellen and Dina will be drawing from three of Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga (dharana, dhyana, and samadhi) and ayurvedic wisdom to help you experience yourself as a fully present, nourished, and wholesome being. Expect mantra, meditation, asana, and some lecture. Also, if the weather permits, there will be some brief meditation practices outdoors. Please plan accordingly for the cooler weather and bring layers of clothing.
This weekend workshop is suitable for all levels of practitioner. Some prior yoga experience is helpful and variations will be made available.
