Soul & Steady is a yoga practice that weaves together power flow, vinyasa, yin yoga, meditation, and positive conversations. We’ll move, stretch, and practice being in the present. We’ll feed the higher energies of love, compassion, truth, and acceptance.

Join Kate Kuss for a weekend yoga retreat where we’ll sweat, laugh, and connect to what’s important to us. The weekend will touch on all the different parts of our body, energy, mind, intuition, and soul.
