This weekend combines the brilliance of yoga – its strengthening, lengthening, opening, expanding, and relaxing consequences with the magic of a retreat format that will restore, revitalize, and help you reconnect.

It is essential to continually cultivate strength physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yoga postures provide you with just the right formula. Immerse yourself into the study and practice sessions with Luke this weekend, and explore how to create a sustainable environment on all levels through a practice designed to meet you where you are.

Life is a journey. Strength is one quality it takes to skillfully move through this adventure, doing everything you need to experience a deep sense of fulfillment and cultivate everlasting freedom.

Join Luke for this weekend retreat and learn how to build strength and, ultimately, longevity in wellness by utilizing 5 important aspects:

  1. Not all strength is created equal. Experience how to create a foundation for sustainable strength
  2. Range of moment is key – learn practices and sequences that develop flexibility and impact all possibilities.
  3. Open the whole body – it’s all connected!
  4. Strategic activation is the long game
  5. Self-awareness is your superpower

Your strong and resilient self awaits! Look forward to seeing you at this special retreat.

“Luke, thank you. I always leave with something that I didn’t have when I came.”

Valerie C.
Luke’s retreat was life-changing. I was so relaxed after spending the weekend practicing meditation and yoga that I felt like a different person. My husband even commented that my aura was better when I returned home. Not only that, my TMJ was gone and hasn’t bothered me since! Luke has a way of simplifying things so that you can incorporate the techniques you learn into your everyday life. I felt so inspired by Luke and can’t wait to partake in another retreat with him in the future.
